• – **Mechanical Performance**: Conduct a pull – out test through a special tensile testing device. The pull – out strength requirements vary for different terminals. Simulate the vibration environment to conduct a vibration test to ensure that the solder joints do not loosen or fall off.
• – **Microstructure**: Observe the microstructure of the solder joints with a metallographic microscope. The structure should be uniform, without coarse grains or segregation. A scanning electron microscope can be used to more clearly detect defects such as fine cracks and pores.
